I was supposed to wear make up that day (not that I know how to make up, but at least wear some mascara or eyeshadows) but totally had no time. Woke up --> PBL at 8 a.m. --> briefing at 10a.m. --> 12pm for the event! I barely had time that morning, so just went on with this 'nude' look =/ The outfit was too big for me; gotta wear pins all over the top. All in all, we had enjoyed a lot!

My friend, Mariam, since INTEC. She was the organizer of the event in conjunction with Malay Cultural Week of uni this year. I was asked to join, together with few friends from my batch ME210, and few juniors from different courses. I thought it would be fun, and agreed =) I think the idea was awesome one, the models were paired up according to Malay traditional outfit from different states in Malaysia. And her collections were nice! All the clothes is hers, can you imagine? From the north, Kedah, Perak etc all the way down the south. Haha

Bella was turned into vampire when she was giving birth; the story depicted her transition to vampire was fascinating. I don't know what is it called, but inside the wrap are crushed tiny rounded balls, after boiling it became ball-looking kind of thing (picture above): some sticky kind of potato + rice. Truly delicious and can be eaten without sauce. A tiny ball like this totally sates rumbling stomach =)

The rental for bike is RM5/day, kinda cheap as bike is necessary to tour round the island through small pebbled-roads. You'll get to see a very different, nowhere else to be seen scenery e.g. the houses, and feel the bits of life of the islanders. An awesome experience tho'. Oh ya, there's a Lover's Bridge, where you'd get a nice view of nature =)

The food is overrated. 3 dishes cost about RM103, yet not up to the mark. I still prefer the seafood in Kg Cina back at hometown Sitiawan! =) Noted that some locals were not as honest in their business, as in they purposely hike the price for tourists. So be alert!

Yes, butterfly. It's a metamorphosis. It's a change. It happens in life, a lot of time. I'm having one now, literally. Something is lacking, I think I've got a big hole in my life, somehow, should adapt, and get over it soon.

Hey peeps! I just got back from Mid Valley- 10 hours of shopping and non-stop walking, how cool is it huh? =P Went out with friend in the morning, had lunch at Sushi Tei; wanted Sushi Zanmai initially but when we reached there was a super long queue no kidding and we canceled the thought. AND….. Sushi Tei was an awesome option! The price wasn't any big difference from Zanmai, but portion wasn't as big. She has salad while I had sushi.

5 days have passed wow! Have been having lectures on CVS, not easy tho =.= Done my 1st CSU lesson, Dr Archike is super awesome, he managed to make us feel super stupid like we have never done CSU before LOL. Leant a lot from him =) general physical examination, continued by CVS examination: apex beat, JVP, valvular areas are primary lessons.

Golden rules :
1. when attend to patient, PRIMUM NON NOCERE
2. Next, INSPECTION, PALPATION, PERCUSSION, AUSCULTATION

Such a loss that he’s leaving in a month’s time.

Also, I had my 1st PBL of the semester, facilitated by Dr. Puru, another passionate lecturer. Again, I felt super stupid but gained much through him. Next PBL, gotta dig thoroughly the next learning issues.

Next week lecture is on heart embryology, fml . Like Dr Ranjit’s comments on embryology. Toughest to learn yet not useable knowledge when practicing!

Yo~ CVS timetable was out and 9 days left! T__T I was impatient for holidays to end yet I'm kinda reluctant to accept the fact that uni starting soon. Timetable is hectic plus moral studies this semester for those who have not done MS yet and one of the 'lucky' ones is me! Then what had I been doing in A Level's?? and YESSS! I did Ethics study *so useful right* The thought of PBL negates my eagerness for next semester. Research, research, then talk talk talk, honestly I'm the kind of person who only talks when necessary, so you know why. But can the rest of timetable be out soon so that I can plan something? HelloOo! The kuih was really noob looking, my cutting = fail! It taste good but a bit too sweet for me, shall reduce the sugar next time..Nothing much to post about cuz I have not done anything yet throughout the holidays. Hee, holidays is just about relaxing and relaxing but this kind of life shouldn't last long (apparently) because after some time you can already harvest mushroom in brain plus fatty acid build up in the body due to lack of exercise! Between, done watching 49 days, waiting for new episodes to release - 醉后爱上你 and 对我说谎试试. Superrrrr funny and highly recommended! And.......I dislike my waist cuz too small and doesn't fit most pants, skirt whatsoever. Going into fitting room, coming out and buying none of the clothes I like pissed me off sometimes. I'm not that skinny actually just the waist is out of proportion with the rest of body. Ottoke ottoke??? Penning off, smiles. Have a good day!

Time has been passing super fast - fantabulous food trip to Malacca, Penang, and Ipoh! and not forgetting results! Thanks God I passed, so are all my friends. And new semester commencing in a month's time, gonna be busy busy busy i think? have nothing much to blog about cuz I'm just sleeping and watching drama every day LOL. As time passed, things have been changing a lot ain't it, even though one might not realize it.There are so many unspeakable thoughts and indescribable feelings. Aiks I think i'm going crazy. Wa time has passed freakingly fast it's already mid of May when I just finished my super super major exam and I had done with my Year 1! I just wish I can pass the exam man coz the papers are freakingly hard than anyone could imagine,. I totally had no idea how had I survived through the past few weeks of studying. Everything we learn in Year 1 just crammed into 3 papers! I didnt do well tho'..Pray harder that my hard work will be paid off. Results out in one week time *I'm so chilled* So it's partayyyyyyyyyyy time now, and gonna have tonnes of fun for one week. It's time to reflect after that! I bet my results would make me puke blood *ugh* Life in medical school is not easy easy easy after all. Pimple pandemic, eating disorder, stress, headache is all I got during exam period! Pretty much under control cuz I know I need to manage them. So the fact that I've been smilling all the time didn't mean I wasn't under stress spell! This is couterconditioning in coping with stress. Haha. Sleep is still normal since I need long sleeping hours @_@ Ironic cuz medic students are not supposed to sleep that much! I guess I need to train myself harder to sleep less =.="

Just watched Fast and Furious 5 yesterday with friends; I gave it 4/5 =) Oh ya, not forgetting to thank my housemates, One United, and few besties from Intec for celebrating my birthday and awesome gifts. Appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Good luck fro next week and enjoy the holiday peeps!

the adults i.e parents, aunts, uncles went out to 'date'. left at home to babysit cousins and siblings.had fun lot of fun with them ^.^

16th feb

time to visit teachers and friends.from a.tawar to sitiawan to manjung and back. was special this year as aini and farah joined us for the first time.felt good as it has been almost two years since i last met them. as usual, there'd be gambling at mr yong's.mr ong is still as funny as ever.his favourite lines: "kayu-lah", "hopeless, useless, good for nothing!!" haha.also, the guys were coaxed to drink beers as he served beers for cny.when some refused to drink, he'd say : im a failure.how can my students not drinking beer?? LOL. at night, we had dinner at Moonlight and sang k at v-box.

17th feb

woke up as early as 7a.m.went to have dim sum at ipoh with family and relatives.i guided them there as i've been there once when a friend brought me there. LMAO. i was not sure of the way at all but i assured them so confidently the day before.guided them blindly and got lost and passed by the same streets a few times.reached there finally *phew* but the restaurant was packed like sardines. it was full so we gotta wait at the table for the people to leave before we could actually sit. managed to get seats after 45 minutes standing and staring. While we're eating, another family waited behind so it's like you're being watched when you ate,until you left the table for them. Eeeeeeeeeeee.The adults and kids went to tambun waterpark while we, the young adults *cough cough* went to loiter and sing k at jusco. one whole day again, tired.

was so damn hot and sunny *sigh* must have got a few shades darker =.=" all in all, there have been endless gatherings.lazy to write already.next time.lol

Relatives were back, had lunch with them to celebrate paternal grandma’s birthday in the afternoon. Helped aunt to prepare refreshment for the caroling group at night. spent whole afternoon making sandwich. Tired yet happy. A form of ‘serve’. Went to Naomi’s church at night. There was performance by kids. Heaven and Hell are real. Didn't even have dinner cos too busy. Met with the rest of my friends. After discussing for an hour, 6 of us went to Barroom. The rest either went home or Imax. Nightlife in Ipoh was okay. First experience at Barroom. Lot of young adults, some were under-aged, I guessed. Overcrowded, and kinda messy. stoning there most of the time, maybe heart was not there. Or shy or tired, I don’t know. I wondered why mr darings could dance on the bar with shirts off; without 6 abs! LOL

hey people time to update my blog! lame old sentence again,for me,hols ends faster than anything else in the world; saying goes the weather of london is like the mind of women *true enough* but would like to make a change here-so do happiness & good time.

the next two months gonna be a full torture for alm students esp. imu programme *forgetting mmc & pmc* ok i had a whole week of fun with family and friends-party, makan makan, watching movie etc. but the most memorable is the night spent at teluk batik which brought our childhood memories back.can you imagine people as old mature as us (18+19yrs) playing ‘galah panjang’ or ‘ice and water’ whatever you want to name them on the beach at midnight? but hell it was great..another is the night at rockafellas.wait i gonna post the pic i don't have much but most pics are with ms

um..no way to describe my feelings in words right now, but i'll just post a few pictures for those who still read my blog.recently we had bbq at teluk batik beach at midnight.i did feel crapped out at first cuz i've been having flu, fever, cough *caution!H1N1* anyway, it was a new experience for everyone-mei sing, wan ning, beh mei, suk ching, tiffany *if i'm not mistaken*, mike, boon han and tony.

a short description (imagine yourself la): windy night, clean beach *probably cuz it was night so i didn't see trash around*, crapping, 'moonbathe', etc. And no forgetting to take revenge here, ms and bh were soooooooo _____ that they pulled me to sea where the water level was already beneath my knee when i was enjoying 'soaking' feet in shore cuz they know i don't get near to water.not bad huh..nice, but retreat after that.

as you know, i started to post poems in other poetry site, and getting positive feedbacks from other writers/poets. it actually feels great when your work is actually appreciated by others. glad that they like it, will continue writing in days to come.

it's been long since i last post 'something'? forget about the random stuff below, well, my holidays is ending in a few days' count and what made me write again i don't know, perhaps feeling blue. so this post might be emo that i might as well warn you not to read it, or maybe nobody gonna read it and so what, i'm writing for nothing.

if you ever wonder what i've been doing during the break, hmm there are annoying bio unit 3, fun in hanging out, not forgetting how much sleep i have had and doubting myself having hypersomnia *jeez* and feeling bored sometimes due to unoccupied time. anyway, the sleep and boredom are positive, making me feel comfortable in a good way, at least healthy.

aforementioned, i'm going back to that place again, going through that ever shitty life and having mixed feelings of vexation and frustration right now. i know it's kinda not quite right to refer to a place where i have struggled one year through, i mean i should have get used to it, but alas, i still can't make it and wonder why.not saying ungratefulness or discontentment whatsoever people might have thought of, perhaps lacking 'compatibility' that leads me to depression-major, atypical or dysthmia? pretty sure it's not under dysthmia category. or imagine 'incompatibility' this way *blood agglutination*.swt.what am i crapping. being urged by mom to buy stuff and start packing irritated me, maybe i'm so forgetful that she felt the need for me to pack early so that i don't leave anything out. jesu christo. save me out of the pitch black hole? gonna sleep through the next 6 months.

hi people. good news is completing my second sem, finally! one more year to go man. exam ended, reached home. this time was a disparity, tho, coming back with scars and wounds. where?? heart! was utterly stunned and baffled by the news that exam paper (look! the whole paper!) had spread like wild fire before weeks before the exam. it seemed like everyone knew about it and even memorised the answers except ME and a few unlucky ones who were kept in the dark. seriously..just the few in thousands. man.............didn't even expect this stuff to happen in the first place. having a conglomeration of feelings right now : betrayal..perplexion..sad..hurt..stupid.. sigh. should have realised it years ago ever since i came to study here. it's men eat men world and dogs eat dogs world. nobody to be blamed, it happened largely because of my own stupidity and unawareness of people around, thinking everyone is just as good and helpful. sigh.. i learnt a great lesson from this. never had once in my lifetime felt so betrayed and disappointed. nz pxo gsjfoe j nfbo! nz pxo! j bn jo ejtcfmjfg. tmbq nztfmg. xblf vq QI! epo'u cf objwf please...(decipher it yourself i don't mean it to be read either, kvtu tpnf opuft gps nztfmg) tff uif qfpqmf gps zpvstfmg qi. Back to blogging!!! Ok..have been pretty busy and stressed for the past few weeks..and I can’t believe myself for not going out for so long!!omg..finally I had done my Big Test (what else if not biology)..phew..still, there are so much work to do man..went to sunway pyramid with friends today..7 of us altogether, pw and I were the only gals..so we had lunch at my favourite stop, kim gary..went to redbox after that..and yay! I applied for the membership dy XD so while typing this, I practically lost my voice and couldn’t talk anymore..we’re singing all high-pitched songs, that’s why lor..sigh..oh yeah..met some sunway coll ex-classmates and talked a while (almost can’t recognize some of them*ppl change as time passes ma*)..next, we did some girlie stuff and had dinner, have to thank tj for helping me with the food..haha..so yeah, we did have a great day, as the day started off perfectly well, cuz eng lecturer canceled her class!! Well, also met ms today

hi guys..it's been ages since i last wrote? well..not that i'm very busy or wat*quite busy though*, just don't feel like writing..before the month ends, wanna post at least something for feb.almost a month i've been away from home and my mid term break, pathetically a week, is two weeks plus ahead. Nobody has been planning to go home then..there r lotssss of tests, practically two in every week, and heap of homework to tighten my chest and suffocate me *exaggerating* only in the week days I supposed. Merry Christmas guys! Well, this year Christmas was kinda special (should I use the word special?) cuz it’s different from the past few years; no orchard road, no carolings, blah blah blah..spent most of the time with good ‘old’ friends..so there were gatherings, makan-ing, watching movies, playing cards and INTERESTINGLY something called ‘mafia’ introduced by Brudderrrr Lee..it was a fun game ok, in which everyone has to accuse each other of something to catch the culprits or protecting themselves. Luckily nobody fought yes? Haha..i bet chaos gonna happen if the game prolongs where everyone starts to pour H20 onto everyone or hit with whatever on our hands..aneeeway, just a short post from me..everybody, thanks for your wishes!

Plato said, “the beginning is the most important part”. Note the departure and arrival time? Almost 12 hours journey from hometown to kuala perlis jetty to jetty point at langkawi. Everything went wrong since the outset. We had waited for 2.5 hours before going aboard. The jetty was packed like sardines, and the toilets were so bad that I couldn’t found a more pertinent adjective to describe the condition, seriously. Our first stop was eagle square, which was so BORING since this was the 2nd time we went there, except for ck, the 3rd time, yet couldn’t resist being drifted there as we were on tour. According to the tour guide, ‘lang’ is helang (eagle), ‘kawi’ is red marble blah..blah..blah..the rest of them (uncles, aunties, teens and kids) began to take photos while we sat under shade..imagine, it was 12.00 noon!!

Next was lunch at Live Seafood Restaurant.

CK : so many kids here, I think we’d be going to wildlife park or zoo or something.
PH: what?? Don’t scare me off. We won’t be so ‘sueh’ geh.
CK: children love it what..let’s see..haha
PH: no, no, no, not but that doesn’t mean we’re supposed to go there. Just see..(consoling myself)

After a few seconds…

Mr Tour Guide : alright, we’d be going to aviary park..at there, we could see lot of wildlife, birds…..
CK : haha..see, what I said was right
PH: ==” OMG

(most photos were taken by my sis, I don’t have passion for animals..)

Couldn’t remember well (amnesia..hehe) but if not mistaken, we headed to gallery-of-i-don’t-know-what-name.swt.by the time we arrived there, five of us were had already pulled up charcoal face, which was able to scare ghosts off) and we wandered & wandered in the art gallery.

Next was cable car thingy..there were too many people, so the tour guide suggested us not to go coz we had to wait for very long before our turn. Again, like mad people, we walked around the place-of-i-don’t-know-what-name. As I said, everyone was not in mood to take photos..that’s why I post so few pics. Then..underwater world. Still, it was so lame..haha..
We went for dinner and reached the hotel by 8.15p.m. An uncle in the tour commented on the so called garden hotel, and that made us laughing our head off.

Uncle : I’d never expected we’re staying in this hotel..the swimming pool was abandoned, as if nobody had used it for 10 years long. And as I passed by the hotel, I was thinking, this shan’t be the place we gonna stay..but right after the bus stopped there, I was totally shocked. It looked like nothing but cemetery. Some more called garden hotel. Sigh.

What a joke man! I was just kidding k..actually we stayed at bayview hotel (now! What’s true and what’s not?? Figure it out yourself). Now we had our own free time, so we went to Langkawi Cineplex by taxi. The rest of the night, prank calls & sleep..zzz

After having breakfast, we had a few hours, which were considered too much to walk in the town. However, things turned better and you could see slightly radiant face as compared to yesterday. Bought liquors, chocolates and cigars..ATTENTION: THE CIGARS ARE NOT OURS! Being too kind, we just helped people to buy..haha..had lunch at Kenny Roger, passed through the custom (quite fun as it was like smuggling, baggage was bulky with cigars and liquors, reached the jetty and BACK!). for heaven’s sake, I’m so GLAD that I was back and hanged out with friends as usual after that..there are more pics with ck and pw, gonna take from them soon..yay!upcoming event is X'mas Party! thanks for reading

watched it yesterday with friends,nice movie i supposed^^, though it made me felt sleepy..

Synopsis

It is the story of a teenage girl named Bella Swan who moves from sunny Pheonix, Arizona to rainy Forks, Washington to live with father. On her first day of school, Bella meets the unnaturally handsome Edward Cullen, who harbors and obvious yet unfounded dislike toward her. Despite Edward's aversion, Bella is mysteriously drawn to him. Then Edward unexpectedly saves Bella from being killed by a car sliding uncontrollably on ice. He shields Bella with his own body. why trisomy 21?yes, i am..we finished bio test yesterday evening..i totally screwed up..haiz..time is the limiting factor man..leaving some questions blank..or even some r not blank, i wrote the answer without thinking 0r even understanding the questions..just scribbled..my class din finish the question, some students from other classes did, but minority..somehow,the questions r not very tough..8 questions, divided into (a), (b) so and so..in God damn 1 hour..so the questions were about explaining tis & tat (how tis disease happen, how this affects that, drawing genetic diagram etc..) & there was definitely no time for hesitation or thinking.first time felt so desperate in bio test & it was the worst test i had ever taken.

so..another blue day for me..i couldn't slp last night and ended up like zombie today..in the class just now, my heart wandered away; the lecturer was discussing bio exe with us while i was busy doing my maths..just wanted to get my mind off bio..obviously, our lecturer must have looked through some papers and she was very disappointed and scared to mark the paper..and she kept mentioning the paper..ok..stop it man..i was sad enough k, not bcoz i diddn't know how to do but simply inadequate time for writing (i'm a speedy writer k) but wat the hell??? while discussing, she asked me to do a question on the board..at front there, i stared at the board for quite some time before starting to do (sigh..part of not having slept the last night and broken heart)..thanks goodness my blood could flow again and i did it, not to embarrass myself out there..

i think i can't score like the previous test dy..haih..part of myself is giving up on myself..heartbeat stops and brain is dead..in shorts, i'm idiotic..there goes, trisomy 21..in the coming end sem exam, I MUST MAKE IT..after yesterday's test, tj, pw, and i went to sunway~an usual place to hang out after test..had dinner at sushi king, ate ate ate, what's the point?couldn't finish the food..then shopped & shopped..everyone was moody, i guess..well, due to the sleepless night before, a lot of things were going on mind..whatever hell and i finally realised many things i'd not before..(i'm just way too slow to sense things..another symptoms of trisomy 21)..wanna know? next post....ciaoz..

human is imperfect rite..but wicked people?? i abbreviate it as WP..sometimes, it's kinda hard to know or understand what WP are thinking..experience WP urself..the feeling is 'fantastic' man..to me, WP are carcinogenic to human, whether physically or mentally..we tell ourselves, bear with it, be patient, be patient, hoping that they will kinda change or top doing wicked stuff to us..the truth is~they never..and taking our patience for granted to make their life better by causing suffer and heartache to other..well, in fact, WP are just what they are~

what had i been doing during the last holiday??watching drama...like i always do..haha..this is hk drama:家好月圆, 40 episodes, and i took how like 4 days to finishXD..it's reli nice & touching..don know how many tear i'd shed..tell u?no!watch it urself k..during the holidays,there were hanging out wif my buddies of cuz..not forgetting...sleep!!oh, hari raya rite..my frens and i went to aini's house..there were a few of us turning up, the rest were busy o back to their colleges dy..let's who turned up..me, dang, pingwen, jeyasri, ramya, ilang and suresh

the study tables..which is mine??again..not enough place to put stuff..so the tables r study tables cum kitchen..haha..but i seldom study on da table

last week was a very bad week fo me actually..i returned to shah alam on last sunday and got very emo again..when can i stop emo-ing huh?? plus..my first younger bro was sick, admitted to ipoh specialist hosp..next was my last bro, got dengue, admitted to manjung hosp..a few days later, my mom was sick..finally everybody got better this week,i guess..and me??i was damn freaking emo too..there are tests & presentation this week and i HATE them!!! there are eng presentation and stats test tomorrow, chem practical exam on tuesday, and ctes exam on sat (which i mean i have to go to skul on this sat!!)..wondering why my life is so miserable..or have i thought too much? no answer..there are a lot of things going on tat's why i felt lazy to update my blog..i just can't do anything well..haih..i don even know wat i'm doin or thinking or talking..kinda LOST..

today, i feel better..don know why..perhaps the weather is fairer today? well...i just hope i don't get too nervous and freak out tomorrow..everything is graded man..2 more weeks to go home for 'study leave' due to coming semester exam in nov (see...it's exam again)..cheers......

it's a totally different mooncake festival this year..for the past 16 years i had been celebrating it at home with family and old friends..last year was like we lit the candles around basketball court in school and hanging out with friends...it was fun man..haha.well, this year i have to celebrate it at shah alam pulak..God damn lame..hmm..practically nothing did really happen this week except that we had a few tests..and our stats paper were given back..no comment on the marks..but ouch!! ms pauline :''please make sure you all get full mark in the coming quiz on 22th sep.'' let's just give it a try and see how..haha.there'll be an english test next week which i did not realise until my friend told me..and my chem test and ctes presentation are on the week before raya!haih..test test test..what the hell is that for??

12th sep

i only had two lessons for bio today as english lecturer had cancelled the class..sien..but that's good la..haha..all of a sudden we came up with the idea of going sunway pyramid for a movie..so off we went this morning..we watched 'money not enough II', which is a singaporean movie..it's so touching that we cried really hard in the cinema..paiseh to mentionXD..you guys should have watched man..nice movie..after that we walked around and had dinner at sakae sushi..my dish was something called kimushi ramen coz i saw a nice pic of it in the menu..just give it a try..and OMG..when it was served, i saw orange reddish soup (something's wrong now)..it was SPICY..i was like allergic to spicy food but what to do..eat lar....haha..it was nice somehow..as expected,i spent the night in the toilet after eating it..cool right??

13th sep (today)

so this morning i went with my cousin to her place in setapak for this weekend..there were 3 of us, we went to pavilion after fetching ping from her college..we had sushi for lunch at ichiban bonshi..it was quite nice afterall..haha..sorry..no pics for that (that would only make your saliva leak)..then lot 10, sungei wang etc..we spent the whole after shopping..you know..gals..haha..

when it was near evening, we went to haagan dazs outside lot 10 for ice cream mooncake..there were 4 flavours, strawberry, chocolate, macademia nut and another which i'd forgotten..the one we ate was macademia nuts.. here it goes

after that one-week holiday, i went back again for 3-days-merdeka holidays.pw and i went home by bus and reached medan gopeng and her dad fetched coz we didn't know how to go home from there..well..it was fun since i missed home so much and dad was back, so it's a great family weekend..brought some books back to study as there'd be test this week,as expected, books were left untounched..so, i'd finished my stats test this week..there are more tests to come in the following weeks-maths, ethics, and chem..hopefully bio test is after hari raya holidays or i'll be mad..apparently there is nothing fun to talk about anything tat had happened over here..days are getting more boring and the only thing i did after got back here was rushing assignment with other group members to be handed out yesterday..fuh..it's a last-minute work and we didn't hand it in coz it's not so complete..overall, this gonna be the worst paper work i'd done ever..there will be presentation in weeks to come..sigh.god damn 60 marks..expensive man..also, what a disappointment can't follow hc they all for 2 weeks trip to vietnam, thai and cambodia in dec coz dad doesn't allow (the place is x safe-lah,terrorists-lah, no gal's company-lah, tis and that, that's what he said)well,nvm!!wait for me for the next excursion!

today, for the co-pln, our group watched a movie named 'phonebooth' together with other groups..at first, i tot it would be crappy and lousy movie around..and omg!the movie turned out to be gad damn nice..the language they used, fu-yoh!!!(salute it man)it's shown half way through and we are tasked to write the next half of that movie..so eager to watch the ending,next time perhaps..haiz..not able to go back this weekend, most probably have to wait till next weekend if my cousin is going back..CHEER UP

we had our breakfast + lunch a.k.a 'brunch' at 'kopitiam' at ipoh parade..not too bad, we started our day with laughter n disturbing the malay waiter (ms, ask u don't disturb him dy!haha..) after that, we walked around to have the food digested and went to k-box..we soon realised we sang many emo songs and it's getting colder inside..ok let's rock..we began to sing those rock songs and danced (obviously don't want to lose to the room opposite us, they were shouting and dancing!) the time was not up yet we decided to go to jusco as pw needed to go home earlier for bbq (saliva leaking)..taxi.............being satisfied after loitering around, we went to the bus station again (so ma fan..haiz) bad luck followed..we had to wait for an hour b4 the next bus to go home..the bus was lousy and full of indian smells (yuck) and it was like playing roller coaster along the way home (nausea-causing)..along the way..some were slping and being the youngest, sc was very busy with her phone (at least 15+ calls received)...k lar..we know we're old dy, who's gonna call us?? so our phone remained quiet all the way..sad case T.T..

it's been fun during this one week..but good thing doesn't last long (i strongly believed) as there are two more days before pw and i go back to the 'hellholes' (term given by tj)..thinking about it would just make me more 'emo' and 'emo'..haih..fact is still fact anyway..going back there to face the wall, dirty environment, hot days, some people who i don't like to mention, a lot and a lot.....................zzz..who on the earth could understand this??

back to hometown on last friday..well, the weeks and days before were quizzes and tests..duh..forget about the tests man (sigh). so, we celebrated dang's birthday on sat. i spent most of my time sleeping only..and wake up to eat and do some hw..finally hw was done..left behind were assignment and presentation for ethics class as mentioned before and preparation for demo speech..ehem..let me explain about the demo speech..it's all about explanation and presentation of something to the class..of cuz, we can choose the titles..having no living skills at all, i choose to make fruit salads (dumb idea)..forgive me my classmates if u guys have to taste it during my presentation, it's going to taste terrible..it's going to turn out to be B-A-D.haha..i had tried once at home (cutting fruits, veggies and stuff) and my mom just shook her head standing beside me..well, u guys could have sense something:P

let me introduce this birthday boy to you guys..hmm..he's my buddy and have known each other for about 5 years ++.a fun guy to hang out with..haha..damn miss those days..

flashback..last weekend i went back home..yeah!! left this hellhole but only for one day plus.practically did nothing but eating and sleeping (must be at least 15 hours)..too tired, as i could never get a good sleep in hostel..what a sad case..came back so soon..another week passed by..here came saturday again and hanging out with friends ..well, we watched the dark knight which is a must-watch..fuyoh..the batman is damn charming and so 'yeng'..haha..pw and i couldn't sleep the night after watching(as if).but the ending is kinda sad..ceh..spoilt our mood for the rest of the day..

two more weeks before tests and three more weeks left to go home (mid-sem break)!!haiz..still have a long way to go before that day..LIFE SUCKS..be patient.patient.patient.

the so-called e-buddy system in hostel..till today, i still don't know what is it all about or even what it is..the only thing i know is we're to paste this thing outside our house..hey, look at the white flower (as if). it is actually tissue..don't you think this looks like funeral or what? with names and white 'flower' on top of it..haha

swt...this kind of stool..nearly fell when sat on it man...

my first experiment le..i was not going to let it fail like this..so are some other students who were ill-fated like me..and this was something that i came up with after trials and trials..not satisfactory and accurate but at least got something that at least looked like salt but not weird gel

first experiment in chem lab..and my first failed experiment this year..we're to do cystallisation and calculated % yield of whatsoever..instead of salt, it turned out to be gel..asked the lecturer, he said it was INEXPLICABLE =="

model of human circulatory system..zzz..this is a group work and we need to explain the whole thing to lecturer..i 'kena' this time

lessons are as usual in intec, about 5 to 7 hours per day..a week ago, we just received an assignment of ethnics class, err...something like damn boring philosophy lesson.we're supposed to hand in the assignment in written form and present it orally.the title is 'theory of evolution of human based on scientific aspect'..swt, my group (pingwen, elayne, tez jun and i)hasn't started anything yet except for finding some information..what we have done is not really a big deal as there are some groups which have almost finished everything..swt..i'm not in mood to do any troublesome assignment like this, perhaps because of lack of facilities here or my laziness:P the marks for this assignment is so 'expensive' so it's rather important..

the lessons in school are hell of boring!! there are lame discussions and presentations..haiz.the lessons here are so not same like i last experienced.. sometimes we don't even understand what they are teaching so we're carried away by day dream (maybe only me) and have to act like we have understood..also,we always feel like falling asleep and are really going to FALL ASLEEP if the lecturer has not remarked (note the word 'WE' it doesn't mean only me)..here is her usual sentence, "are you sleepy? i can see some closing eyes around". of course, to make things nice, we answer "no" in a very pleased manner..ceh so fake..plus, there are always surprise tests for us, just to our life miserable..keke..

well, this birthday boy is my classmate, who sit beside me..a smart guy, but sometimes too stress himself up (that's what i observe)..it's kinda sad for him to spend his 18th birthaday like this..the worst was we had co-pln until 6p.m. today and only managed to dine together..a better celebration perhaps next time..haha.elayne, ing hui, tze jun, wei jiann and i form the group of 5 in the class and we usually stick around but we haven't taken any group photo so far..gonna post it next time i suppose.

as aforementioned, i had spent almost 12 hours in school for that stupid co-pln thingie. i would have gone back earlier if it was not for this lame thing.it's very tiring and i was so upset and down today..everything here for so troublesome and discouraging except that you have a bunch of friends here..don't know if i'm too sensitive or what, transportation and food have really been pests for me. plus, days are getting more stressful especially when everyone is so 'pia' (hardworking in hokkien i reckon), which is so-not-my-style.i always tell myself, that i've to go on coz there is no fallback for the choice i had made.poor my mom coz she's only the one i can complain to now, but today was the very first time i complained to her since i came here.she must have told my grandma just now, so i guess that was why she called.

i'm going home this friday and i really look forward to it. i've not been sleeping well since i came here and had insomnia once in a while..so, HOME is still the best place on planet to live at.

this is a newly-built library in intec..there are four levels with a lift (we can't even use the lift as it's specified for 'kakitangan' only).hmm..it will be very helpful if those racks in all levels are completely filled with books.at least not something like empty or half-occupied racks.nonetheless, if it is to be compared to the old library before, we should learn to be grateful and thankful the chancellor and SAD (student affair department).opposite the library are tennis courts which are still under renovation.

this is japanese festival held at matsushita stadium at section 20.pw!how could you tell me that we could reach there by walking??haha..we went by taxi and i'd rather die if i were to walk so far..we had had spaghetti for dinner before going there as we thougth there might be nothing to eat there..mana tahu, there are so many japanese food being sold..haiz..each looked so tasty, of course we can't control our appetite and ate again..japanese rolls, ice cream, chocolate strawberry and so on..there are so many others that we had not tasted but we had to STOP eating or else we're going to gain ten pounds after that night.in this kind of situation,self-control is very much needed.we went home at about 9p.m.guess what?there was no taxi as the roads were really jammed with vehicles!we had trouble in getting one but kept on trying..gosh, you know what?the strings on my sandals snapped!buat malu only!!why didn't i wear sports shoes that night?helplessly, i had to walk like freak.thanks goodness that we managed to get a taxi..swt..

for heaven sake, the buses arrived

this picture was taken outside the hostel. there was one bus stop over there.looking at the long queue, obviously, there was not adequate for so many (i don't know if there are hundreds) students. also, the buses are not enough and it is so cramped every morning. we have to wait for the buses before the sun even rises.haiz.look, everyone is burdened with heavy bags on their shoulders or back.having burdened at young age like this, the chances of developing back pain, bone and joint pain or bone fracture are high. the worst is during friday, on which everyone's classes end at 12p.m. and after 12.30p.m, there would be no buses until 2p.m.!who would want to stay in the school? so,everyone is rushing and competing to get buses. this is barbaric.i guess, sometimes, we do have to learn how to survive in harsh condition like this.

there are many blocks in intec, each block for each programme...eg..ausmat, adfp,etc...luckily mine is a new block..alas, alm cafe had bankrupted..swt..left ausmat cafe but the food is sold out everytime we have our break.so, you can either choose to eat the leftovers(rice and curry) or bread or not to eat at all.pathetic huh?even if the food is not sold out, there are not many choices of food~malays food which is really spicy.one more thing, the bus stops at quite some distance from the college.plus, our alm block is the furthest from the school gate, which means we have to walk from the very front of school gate the end of it.my class is on the 3rd(highest floor). there are no such things like escalators or lifts to make our life easier.roughly, i have to walk about 0.5km evry morning.hyperbole?i don think so.

our next was sunway pyramid..that's why,who says alm students are nerds??besides,there are others alm students going on that day too.so, stop this bad remark about alm!!on this day, we decided to go by taxi..easier and more comfortable of course..there were 6 of us~me, elayne, ping wen, mei sing, ethan and ben..nothing much but enjoyable-watching 'doomsday', eating, chatting, and shopping.
