I don't know what is it called, but inside the wrap are crushed tiny rounded balls, after boiling it became ball-looking kind of thing (picture above): some sticky kind of potato + rice. Truly delicious and can be eaten without sauce. A tiny ball like this totally sates rumbling stomach =)
